Delivery and orders
Yes, Travel Avenue delivers across the UAE. Free UAE delivery is available on orders over 199 AED. Delivery options and any applicable charges are shown during checkout.
You can use the Track Orders link in the footer or your order confirmation details to follow your order. If you need help, contact us with your order number and the email used at checkout.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once an order has already been processed, packed, or dispatched.
Payment and checkout
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. The site supports major payment options displayed in the footer, including card and digital wallet options where available.
Enter your discount code at checkout before completing payment. If a code has conditions, such as minimum order value or expiry date, the discount will apply only when those conditions are met.
Returns, exchanges, and warranty
