Q: Which areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Q: Is Free Delivery Available in the UAE?
Yes, we provide free delivery on all orders over AED 499 within the UAE.
Q: How long does delivery take?
For orders placed after 4 PM on weekdays, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 working days within the UAE.
Q: Are shipping charges refundable?
No, shipping charges are non-refundable for paid shipping transactions.
Q: What happens with remote and non-serviceable areas?
Certain areas are classified as remote or non-serviceable, where standard delivery is not possible. If delivery is arranged through a courier partner, additional charges may apply.
Q: What should I do if my order is delivered incorrectly?
We take great care to ensure your products are thoroughly checked, carefully packed, and delivered in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us with your order ID, and we’ll arrange a replacement promptly.
Q: What happens if I am not home to receive my order delivery?
If you are unavailable, our courier partner will contact you using the mobile number provided during checkout. You can arrange an alternate delivery schedule.
In case the courier cannot reach you after one unsuccessful attempt, the order will be automatically canceled. For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to your account, excluding the delivery charge, which will be deducted.
Q: Can I update my delivery address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, the delivery address cannot be changed once an order is placed. However, you can cancel the order and place a new one with the correct address.
We recommend ensuring your contact details are accurate before confirming your order.

Q: What should I do if my order is delivered incorrectly?
We conduct thorough quality checks to ensure your products are packed and delivered in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us with your order ID, and we will promptly arrange a replacement.
Q: If I order multiple products, will they be delivered together?
Yes, if all the products were ordered at the same time, they will be delivered together.
Q: Will I receive a receipt for my online order?
Yes, once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation. A printed receipt will also be included with your order.
Returns
Q: How do I return an item?
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase or if your item arrives faulty, you can arrange a free return.
Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging, including the dust bag, and in unused condition.
Q: Are there any return fees?
A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the total order value, along with any applicable shipping costs.

Q: What is the cancellation policy for orders placed on the website?
You can cancel your order by emailing us at info@travelavenue.ae before it has been dispatched.
Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. However, you may return the product following our hassle-free Return Policy, with delivery charges applicable.

Yes, we prioritize the highest standards of payment security. Our payment gateway is 3D-secured and Visa/MasterCard verified. Your credit card details are never stored on our website.
