At Travel Avenue, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return, refund, and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Include all original tags and accessories

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If the item is defective or damaged upon delivery, Travel Avenue will cover the return shipping costs.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items caused by customer use

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable

  • Hygiene-related products

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, we may ask for:

  • Photos of the item

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

Eligible cases may qualify for a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

5. Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs related to exchanges unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

6. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

8. Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • This policy applies to orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
